CTR: Cost, Time & Resources
A CTR is a document that will be part of the technical content of the Contract.
- The subject of the sheet
- The discipline(s) it is applicable for
- The objective(s)
- The input data
- The scope of work
- The deliverables
The main contractor and / or engineering contractor is than able to determine and calculate the applicable costs, time and resources for each CTR activity based on the Company requirements.
Before starting any engineering project, it is important to predetermine what needs to be done, how it needs to be done, the time required to complete the activities and what is required for this process to be completed. The Uil Advisors CTR documents focus on various subjects within the engineering process and various disciplines.
The applicable disciplines are:
- General ( = all disciplines )
- Health, Safety & Environment
- Heating, ventilation & air-conditioning
- Project management
The documents describe the boundaries for each of the required activities to complete the work. The input data documented in the CTR documents is needed by the contractor and / or engineering contractor to ensure correct supply of required deliverables. The total required scope of work per discipline and required activity described per activity enables you to select the applicable documents for your project.
